All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Ghana):
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 9am in Accra
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Express International: 3-5 business days
4. Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping (Ghana):
- Express Shipping: To be determined by courier
- Same-Day Delivery (Accra only): To be determined by courier
International Shipping:
International shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs will be calculated at checkout before payment is processed.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link in the email or by entering the tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary depending on your country's customs policies.
7. Delivery Issues

8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address once an order has been processed.
